In-App Support

If you're using the EduSnap AI app, you can submit a support ticket directly from within the app:

1. Open the EduSnap AI app
2. Navigate to the menu (☰) and select "Help & Support"
3. Fill out the support form with your question or issue
4. Submit your request - our team will respond via email

Common Questions

Account & Subscription

• Subscription issues: Contact us with your account email and we'll help resolve subscription or billing questions.
• Account deletion: You can delete your account from the app (Profile → Info → "Delete my account") or visit our Data Deletion page.

Technical Support

• App crashes or bugs: Use the in-app support form and select "Bug Report" to help us investigate.
